Dashboard Overview
The AI Visibility page is the central hub for understanding your brand presence in AI-powered search. It shows your visibility score, share of voice, platform breakdown, competitor comparisons, and trend data over time. This is the page most users check daily to understand their competitive position.
Brand Summary Card
At the top of the page, a highlighted card shows four key metrics for your brand:
- Visibility Score - The percentage of your tracked prompts where your brand appears in AI responses. Displayed as a circular progress dial. For example, if you track 100 prompts and your brand is mentioned in 35 AI responses, your visibility score is 35%.
- Share of Voice - Your brand's share of total AI mentions compared to all tracked competitors. If there are 200 total brand mentions across all prompts and your brand accounts for 50 of them, your share of voice is 25%.
- You Appear In - The count of prompts where at least one AI platform mentions your brand.
- Visibility Gaps - The count of prompts where competitors appear but your brand does not. These are high-priority opportunities for content creation.
Citation Sources Distribution
When citation data is available, a horizontal stacked bar shows how citations are distributed across three categories:
- Your URLs (blue) - Citations pointing to your domain
- Competitor URLs (green) - Citations pointing to tracked competitor domains
- Third-party URLs (gray) - Citations pointing to other domains
Each segment shows the count and percentage. A high share of third-party citations may indicate opportunities to create content that replaces those sources.
Quick Action Buttons
Two action buttons appear below the summary:
- Generate Articles - Links directly to the Content Planner to create AI-optimized content
- Improve Visibility - Links to the Answer Gaps page to find and act on competitive gaps
Brand Visibility Over Time
The main chart shows how your visibility score and your competitors' scores change over time. Each brand gets its own trend line with your brand highlighted in indigo.
Use the period toggles to switch between views:
- 14 days - Short-term changes and recent scan results
- 30 days - Monthly trends
- 3 months - Longer-term trajectory
An interactive legend on the right shows each brand with its favicon, name, visibility percentage, domain, and mention count. Click any brand in the legend to show or hide its line on the chart. The top 10 brands are displayed.
Dashboard Tabs
Below the trend chart, six tabs let you explore your AI visibility data in detail:
My Brand Tab
Shows a table of prompts where your brand appears. Each row displays the prompt text, which AI engines mentioned you (with platform icons), mention count, position, and when it was last seen. A summary row at the top shows your overall stats. A link at the bottom leads to the Brand Mentions page for the full view.
Prompts Tab
Lists all tracked prompts with their visibility data. Each row shows:
- Visibility score as a circular indicator
- Prompt text with per-engine share percentages
- Type badge (Mixed, AI Overview, or AI Chat) indicating what kind of AI response was returned
- Trend bars, engine icons, brand favicons, and last updated date
Responses Tab
Displays the actual AI-generated responses as expandable cards. Each card shows the AI engine icon and name, the prompt keyword, when the response was captured, and the full rendered text. Brand names mentioned in responses are highlighted. Expand any card to read the complete response.
Citations Tab
Shows URLs cited by AI platforms as sources in their responses. Filter by source type and AI engine to see which of your pages (and competitor pages) are being referenced. See the Citations Tracking guide for the full dedicated page.
Competitors Tab
A comparison view showing how your AI visibility stacks up against each tracked competitor. Use this to identify who is winning share and who you are outperforming.
Answer Gaps Tab
Highlights prompts where competitors are mentioned but your brand is not. These gaps represent high-priority content opportunities. Click any gap to start creating content or explore the full Answer Gaps page.
Adding Prompts from the Dashboard
Click Add Prompt in the page header to add new prompts without leaving the dashboard. This is convenient when you spot a gap or topic you want to start tracking immediately.
